Our menu is delicately crafted by the chefs and changes regularly. For guests who may have dietary restrictions, we would substitute with other dishes from our wide selection of cuisines.
Our numerous awards and recognition over the years include the ‘Most Creative Menu’ by Wine and Dine Magazine for Top Restaurant in Singapore and 'Best Chinese Chain Restaurant' at RAS Epicurean Star Awards in 2019. A testament to our commitment towards creative and quality food.
In 2022, Chef Heman Tan joins Xi Yan Singapore as the group executive chef and Head of Operations. With 35 years of extensive experience with multi-cultural and Asian cuisines, Heman is well known for his creativity in dishes and menus that meld diverse cultures together.
