Xi Yan Cuisine created by Jacky Yu adheres to a philosophy that only what's fresh of the day at the market will be served, and the multi course menu would be plan by the chef daily . The menu is drawn from more than 100s of cuisines that Jacky has developed and continue to expand on.

Xi Yan Cuisine is fundamentally Chinese, but brings together the diverse Asian culinary cultures, perfectly matched and balanced to convey an epicurean journey across some of Asia's finest cuisines. This eclectic combination of cuisines has created an exciting, new approach to food not only in terms of the sensation of taste, but also in the refreshing presentations which underscores the concept of food as art.
Many dishes from Xi Yan's extensive selection of sensational dishes which have been developed at the private dining establishment, are already popularly known and have become icons of modern Chinese cuisine in Hong Kong and Singapore.
We do not use MSG nor lard in the preparation of our cuisines at Xi Yan.
For guests who may have dietary restrictions such as : no pork, no beef, no shell fish, no duck etc, we would substitute such dishes with others from our wide selection of cuisines.
In some cases, where only one or few guests in a large group of diners require the restrictions we would then provide alternative individual dishes for those guests.
