
All of Xi Yan private dining chefs are hand picked for their character, passion, attitude and skills. Each of the chefs hired into Xi Yan are in turn trained by executive chefs in each country and also go through intensive training in Xi Yan Hong Kong under the pupilage of Jacky Yu, our founding partner.
Through the year, the chefs also go through an update by Jacky Yu on the new creations in either or both Hong Kong and/or the respective country.
There are a total of 20 chefs in the Xi Yan group and the numbers are growing.
Xi Yan Singapore is managed by Liza Choong, who was previously in the financial services and airline industry. She is accompanied by Ernest who is responsible for services and was previously managing and serving in an international restaurant. In the kitchen, we have 5 dedicated chefs.
