At a minimum charge of $3000++ (lunch), you may have the whole place reserved for your lunch.

Exclusive Dinner Function
For whole place dinner reservation, there will be a min spending cover of $4500++ (inclusive of dinner and exclusive use of the whole place).
Includes:
- Exclusive use of whole restaurant hall
- Specially tailored Chef's dinner menu (for 25 pax to 50 pax depending on menu)
The number of guests may be increased to up to 65 pax on incremental per pax basis.

- Sound system, professional speakers, cordless microphones for speeches
- High luminance projector for slide show & movie clips
- Song/music selection of your choice

Lunch or Dinner for groups of 10 to 20. (without use of whole place)
You may also just want to reserve a few tables for your event (instead of taking the full place).

- Enclosed (soft partitioned) private dining area (whenever possible)
Lunch: Xi Yan Chef's standard menu is priced at $38++, $48++ or $68++ person; special enhanced menus range from $88++ to $188++ per person (on request).
Dinner: Xi Yan Chef's standard menu is priced at $68++ to $88++;
special enhanced menus range from $108++ to $188++ per person (on request).
Non- alcoholic drinks: Chinese tea is priced at $3++ per person, AND Xi Yan Honey Kumquat juice, & Xi Yan Iced Lemongrass drink, & all soft drinks at $5++ per glass.
Free-flow drinks package (non-alcoholic)
Lasting from reception through till the end of meal.

Free-flow drinks package (with alcohol)

Theme Weddings and Events
Theme event is also an option (e.g. Shanghai nights, Dream of Red Chamber, Glamour night etc) and special events include Weddings, Charity Dinner, Wine paired dinner, Birthdays and parties.

Menu and Dietary Requirments
At Xi Yan besides serving the regular chef menu for lunches and dinners, we also cater to special requests from our clients, more elaborate and enhanced menus. These special and personalized lunches and dinners will similarly adhere to Xi Yan’s culinary art, where the items arranged will provide distinctive variety and balance of sight, smell and tastes.
Dietary restrictions and requirements :
At Xi Yan we do not use MSG nor lard in the preparation of our cuisines. For guests who may have dietary restrictions such as : no pork, no beef, no shell fish, no duck etc, we would substitute such dishes with others from our wide selection of cuisines. In some cases, where only one or few guests in a large group of diners require the restrictions we would then provide alternative individual dishes for those guests.
Vegetarian :
Whilst Xi Yan cuisines are principally non vegetarian, we do serve vegetarian dishesspecially for a few guests in large groups. In exceptional cases, where a particular evening is not exceptional busy, we would also be able to serve an entire dinner that is vegetarian (Xi Yan’s style).
Change of Menu items :
Xi Yan changes its menu on a regular basis. The frequency of change may be from
daily, weekly to forthnightly. As a rule of thumb, the menus are changed at least weekly.
Beyond the minor changes above, Xi Yan is also able to work with our guests who wish to have customized or personalized menu for their luncheon or dinner. The requirements for such menu are usually conditional upon large group bookings (usually for 2 or more tables) or where the price of the menu per group is higher than the regular menu eg $148++ per pax or where the total spending will be a minimum of $3000 (lunch) and $4000 (dinner) etc. The key is we are flexible to the needs of our guests and would be able to plan and advise our guests for their best enjoyment basis.
Wine /Whiskey paired dinners
The special menus can range from $48++ (lunch only) to $238++ (lunch or dinner) per pax for food only. Different ingredients will be selected for these menus. We also provide special theme and paired wine, paired champagne or paired whiskey dinners ranging from $138++ to $1288++ or more per pax depending on the vintage of wine. For wine, these can be all French, all Australian, American, mixed or selected 90+ pointers to 100 pointers wine. For Whiskey, we would serve single malts, blended single malts of 18 years to 25 years basis. A minimum pax or spending will apply for these special personalized menu dinners.
On other occasions, the hosts could also simply request for a custom menu of certain price, and Xi Yan chefs will provide a recommendation.
