As Singapore’s first private dining restaurant for contemporary Chinese/Asian cuisine, Xi Yan’s concept of ‘no menu’ and an indulgent evening of about 12 courses, calls for diner’s commitment. Xi Yan which stands for joyous dining has helped drawn people together to bond over lunch and dinners at Xi Yan. Since opening in September 2005 in Singapore, within a space of 3 months, it was popularly voted the ‘hottest restaurant in town’. Besides dinner, lunches with a shorter pre-determined chef’s menu is also served daily to cater to the busy executive clients. Xi Yan also provide personalized chef menus for our guests on advanced request basis catering to corporate functions, events, celebratory birthdays, weddings and parties.

Yan private dining is strictly by reservations-only, it adheres to a philosophy that only what’s fresh of the day at the market will be served, and the  multi course  menu would be plan by the chef daily.
